SB 577  (Shields)  MO Health Improvement Act of 2007  (HealthNet) Replacing Medicaid with HealthNet.

A new provision was added allowing psychiatric rehabilitation/recovery services to be exempted from managed care.  The heavy emphasis on “managed care” remains.  Current thinking….slow down and give this more study.
